A Life God Rewards

Just finished reading my book that I had commited to do so called, “A Life God Rewards.”

There were so many powerful messages that made me realize things that I needed to work on to have a fulfilling everlasting eternal life with God. If you have questions about anything referring to what will come to you and how do you get to where you know you are going to meet God one day…..read this book!

I know the things I need to work on and I will have faith that I will see him one day!

Thank you God for life and for giving me the chance to live my life through you!

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him, should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” John 3:16-17

Yes he did, and for that I am so grateful!

There was a prayer in the book that I really liked, it said:

Dear God, I am sorry for my sins, and now I know I can’t do anything to fix them. So I accept Your Son’s death as full payment for my sins, and I receive the Lord Jesus Christ as my Savior. And Jesus, I’m going to start serving You right now! In Your name, amen.

You are forgiven for your sins but how you live your life here on earth is how you will be Blessed in heaven….

If you met God today, would he be proud of you?

Peace

I was outside yesterday and all of the sudden got chill bumps and thought….WOW!!! I haven’t felt this much peace in a while….all of the things that I have been wanting to do for a while whether it be spend more time with close ones or fix things around the house and even becoming closer to God….I have gotten to do that and the peace that it has brought…gosh…..all I can say is WOW!

One more week till I am back to work…..what a blessing this has been! 🙂

The view that God has given….

I have gotten into a little bit of a morning ritual and it has been quite nice.

For those that don’t know, I have a weenie dog and pit mix….the pit mix, Taylor, doesn’t let me sleep past 8 which I suppose is a good thing so I don’t get into a bad habit of sleeping too late….. but as I let them outside after the storms we had last night and looked around at how beautiful outside was it made me stop and take it all in….I could HEAR the birds chirping and I could WATCH as the cats ran before the dogs seen them, I could SEE water still dripping off the side of the house and FEEL the amazing sun on my face…..it’s a great day to be alive and God has blessed me with another one….here’s to making today as if it were my last. Thank you God for granting me another day to take in your beauty and creation.

God is AWESOME!

It’s week 2 of being on Sabbatical and I must say….WOW! How great is it that I have a job that will allow me to grow mind body and soul?!?!?! IT’S AWESOME!

Today was my first day to Sub for Meals on Wheels and deliver lunches….here’s how it went…..
When I finally found Meals on Wheels (I am awful with directions and finding places) I pulled into the parking lot and noticed there were people buzzing around in and out with their bags of lunches and the big white coolers and thought “Oh gosh, I am not sure I know what I am doing but here’s I go,” I walked in and spoke to the man handing out the delivery schedules and he pointed me in the direction to Jessica the Coordinator. She was super sweet and pulled me back to her desk to take my paperwork and let me know kind of how everything worked. Then she walked me around and showed me where everything was. I actually learned that Meals on Wheels is tied in with the Abilene Public Library and Meals on Wheels Members are allowed to request books to be sent to them….They just fill out a form on what kind of books they like to read and they send them off. Meals on Wheels delivers the books AND picks them up! Sayyyy whattttt?!?! That’s awesome! Anywho, I gathered my lunches, drink bags, and a library bag and headed out the door. Thank goodness for the Map that they will provide for you because it would have taken me 3 hours to deliver lunches! hahahaha! When I got through I sat in my car and went over what the last hour was just like and I got overwhelmed with emotion…..There are so many people in this world that have to live without so many things and even some that don’t know when their next bite will be…..how I forget how blessed I am! Delivering those meals today….AWESOME!!!! GOD IS AWESOME!!

Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow! 🙂
